NEW ORLEANS – A trip to both reigning co-champions awaits the University of South Alabama football program during the 2018 season with the announcement of future Sun Belt Conference opponents by the league office on Wednesday.
That fall, the Jaguars' four SBC road games will be at Appalachian State and Arkansas State — who shared the crown a year ago — as well as Georgia Southern and Louisiana-Lafayette, with South slated to play host to Coastal Carolina, Louisiana-Monroe, Texas State and Troy in the annual "Battle For The Belt." The following season, the Jags will face App State, ASU, GS and ULL at home, and are set to visit Georgia State, ULM, Texas State and Troy.
