South Alabama cornerback Bobby Flott is back practicing full speed this week, a little more than five months removed from surgery on a torn ACL in his right knee.

Flott, a sophomore from Mobile, was limited much of the first two weeks of camp, and sat out the first two scrimmages. But since Monday, he's been back in full pads, and running with the first-team defense.

"I feel great," said Flott, a Baker High School graduate. "I feel just like I used to. I'm a little rusty, but I made a couple of plays today. I'm glad to be back on the field with my brothers.
