BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The University of South Alabama No. 28 men's tennis team (11-2) defeated Samford (2-7) 4-0 on Friday afternoon. The Jaguars have now won 10-straight matches for the fourth-largest winning streak in program history.

"We got the win today but we got too relaxed at some positions," said South Alabama head coach Nick Brochu. "We have to play every day like it's the most important match of the season. We will meet tonight to go over the standards that we set during the first half of the season and make sure we are ready for tomorrow.
