Why he could break out: Quinn transferred to SMU from LSU last offseason but had to sit out due to NCAA transfer rules. Quinn has already been making some great grabs at practice this spring and is starting to turn heads. While SMU has Courtland Sutton and James Proche coming back, Quinn should be a factor in his offense. He's too talented not to be. Quinn started nine games in his first two years at LSU, catching 22 passes. Quinn is the national all-time career leader in high school receiving yards with 6,566 during a stellar career at Barbe (La.
