SMU is getting a boost in the frontcourt.
On Saturday night, the Mustangs landed Duquesne hoops transfer Isiaha Mike.
Mike visited SMU this weekend. He was expected to see Oregon as well, but that will no longer happen.
The 6-foot-8, 200-pound forward averaged 11.3 points and 5.8 rebounds per game as a freshman at Duquesne.
Mike, however, is slated to sit out a year due to NCAA transfer rules.
SMU finished 30-5 last season and won both the American Athletic Conference regular season and conference tournament titles.
