Seton Hall men’s basketball put up its second consecutive loss Saturday afternoon, falling to Providence 65-61 after rallying back from sixteen down earlier in the game.
The game was the second in a three-game road trip for the Hall, which began last Wednesday with an overtime loss in Marquette, and will finish this upcoming Monday, when the team plays Villanova as part of a Martin Luther King, Jr. Day matinee on Fox Sports 1.
The Pirates had an opportunity today to improve to 3-2 in the Big East, setting themselves up in good standing for that difficult task at the Pavilion.
