Damion Lowe signs with Tampa Bay Rowdies

The Seattle Sounders have officially lost the second half of their 2014 MLS SuperDraft CB haul. Jimmy Ockford has already moved to Reno and now the Sounders 8th pick in 2014, Damion Lowe, is headed to another new USL side, the Tampa Bay Rowdies.

The young Jamaican spent the last two years out on loan after failing to break into the 18 in 2014. He spent most of 2015 with Sounders 2, making 18 appearances, though he managed to make the bench once for the Sounders at MLS level. Lowe finally seemed to come into his own in 2016, when he had a successful loan spell with Minnesota United FC and received his first cap for the Jamaican National Team.
