Week 11 was a good one for the Seattle Seahawks.
With their victory over the San Francisco 49ers, combined with losses by several NFC teams, the Seahawks' playoff chances increased to 54 percent from 42.3 percent the week before, according to Football Outsiders. They have a 49.2 percent chance to earn a wild-card berth and a 4.7 percent chance to win the NFC West.
ESPN's Football Power Index has slightly different numbers. It has the Seahawks with a 46 percent chance to make the postseason. That number would fall to 31 percent with a loss Sunday and increase to 57 percent with a victory against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
