Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson continues to spend his time in Los Angeles, working out and preparing for the start of training camp.
He recently posted a photo showing off his bulked-up upper body that created a buzz among Wilson's followers.
Wilson's trainer, Ryan Flaherty, told ESPN.com earlier this offseason that the quarterback had shifted his focus to injury prevention this year.
"You cannot keep training like you did when you were 21 and 22 years old," Flaherty said. "A lot of people don’t understand that.
