The Seattle Seahawks drafted Tyler Lockett in the third round, and it has turned out to be one of the smartest decisions they made all year.
Lockett routinely torched defenses as a wide out while burning them as a punt and kick returner, making him a favorite to win NFC Rookie of the year.
