Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll came up just short against the New England Patriots’ Bill Belichick. Again.

Belichick retained Harrison’s top spot from last year, with Baltimore’s John Harbaugh, Green Bay’s Mike McCarthy and New Orleans’ Sean Payton rounding out the top five after Carroll.
