4 Players Who Will Make Or Break The Seahawks' 2015 Season

There are important NFL players and then there are the players who shoulder the fate of their teams based on day-in, day-out performance during the season. These are the latter. Here are the 4 Players Who Will Make Or Break The Seattle Seahawks' 2015 Season.

TE Jimmy Graham

When the Seahawks gave up a top-flight center (Max Unger) and a draft pick to acquire Graham from New Orleans, they did it in full belief that he's ready to put elite wide receiver's numbers from the tight end spot. Having a safety valve that doubles as one of his top playmakers will be a boon for Russell Wilson. It's up to Graham to live up to the hype and take the passing game to the next level.

QB Russell Wilson

Speaking of Wilson, there are very few quarterbacks in the league right now who are as indispensable to their team as Wilson is. It's not just his mobility or the smarts that he displays making decisions under duress. It's the fact that he's evolving into one of the unquestioned leaders both on the field and in the locker room, providing the heartbeat and nerve center for the entire offense.

CB Cary Williams

Former Seattle starting CB Byron Maxwell traded homes with Williams this offseason, with Maxwell off to Philly and Williams making the long trip to the Pacific Northwest. We know what we're going to get out of Richard Sherman. We think we know what we're going to get out of Williams after seven years in the league, but there's no guarantee just how well and effectively he's going to slot into the Legion of Boom make-up.

C Lemuel Jeanpierre

Lemuel Jeanpierre has been getting quite a few snaps at center with the first-team offense in OTAs, and his five-season tenure with the franchise and familiarity with Tom Cable’s X's and O's could be the deciding factor in his competition with newcomer Drew Nowak, Patrick Lewis and the like. You can slot any of the aforementioned names into this spot depending on who takes over for Unger as the #1 center, because that man's going to have the tall task of anchoring the offensive line in front of Wilson, Marshawn Lynch and the rest of the team's explosive cache of offensive standouts.
