3 Reasons The Seahawks Are GUARANTEED To Beat The Panthers

The Seattle Seahawks are 2-3, with all three losses coming after the Seahawks had fourth quarter leads. The Carolina Panthers are 4-0, but it's the Seahawks who are a full touchdown favorite this weekend. That's not a mistake; Seattle is the superior team. Here are three reasons why the Seahawks are GUARANTEED to beat the Panthers.

Panthers' Lack Of Weapons

The Panthers are lacking any real weapons for Cam Newton, outside of TE Greg Olsen. Ted Ginn is the team's No. 1 WR, which says everything you need to know about the team's dire situation at WR. RB Jonathan Stewart has been underwhelming this season, averaging less than four yards per carry. Cam Newton has carried the Panthers, but their best win came against a Saints team without Drew Brees. The Panthers don't have the weapons to match up with the Seattle defense.

Return Of Marshawn Lynch

All signs point to Lynch making his long-awaited return this weekend. Thomas Rawls has been wonderful in lieu of Lynch, but Rawls isn't Beast Mode. The return of Lynch, even if he isn't at 100 percent, is a big boost. With Lynch back, there's no way the Seahawks lose this weekend.

Russell Wilson

The Seahawks' offensive line has had major issues protecting Wilson, but he's managed to improvise and make incredible plays all season long. Wilson is the biggest reason why the Seahawks have two wins, even if they should have more. Without Wilson, the team would be in major trouble. Wilson is making plays consistently, and as long as he continues to do so, the Seahawks will hand the Panthers their first loss of the season.
