A sure sign that spring, and Spring Training, are right around the corner, the equipment truck loaded up and hit the road today filled with everything from baseball equipment to jerseys to training equipment and office supplies.
The truck departed Safeco Field on its way to Peoria, Arizona for the 40th edition of Seattle Mariners Spring Training. The truck will make a couple of stops on its 1,506 mile journey to the Peoria Sports Complex.
When the truck arrives, it will be greeted by members of the Mariners Clubhouse crew who will spend a few days unpacking.
