World Cup of Hockey 2016: Logan Couture added to Team Canada

The San Jose Sharks will have another representative on Team Canada in the upcoming World Cup of Hockey. Logan Couture has been added to the roster, replacing the injured Dallas Stars forward Jamie Benn.

This, as pointed out by Fear the Fin alum Ann Frazier, is Couture’s first appearance with Team Canada since playing with a youth team. Tweet is embedded below:

If I’m remembering right, this will be the first time Couture will play for Team Canada since the U18s. #SJSharks

Couture joins Joe Thornton, Brent Burns and Marc-Edouard Vlasic on Team Canada.
