When Logan Couture launched his website last year, he promised that there would be information coming about the Logan Couture Charities for Brain Research. Today he made good on that promise, announcing a charity casino night to support concussion research and rehabilitation. The event will be held August 16th at Centennial Hall in London Ontario and all funds raised will go to Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic at Western University.
Concussion research is a cause that’s important to Couture. He’s taken his own fair share of head trauma. He suffered two concussions while playing for the Ottawa 67s during his juniors career.
