FEATURE: Five National Camp Attendees Commit to Quakes Girls Academy

Big news coming out of the Quakes Girls Academy this week.

Girls Academy Director Andres Deza has announced that five U.S. Soccer National Camp attendees have committed to play in the Quakes Academy system.

Midfielder Sophie Jones, midfielder Jadyn Shinn, defender Maya Evens, midfielder Kayleen Gowers, and forward Andrea Kitahata will all feature for their respective Quakes Academy teams in the fall of 2017.

Jones, who recently participated in the U-17 Women's National Team Camp this past year, will graduate high school in 2019 and has already committed to Duke University.

Shinn, who also participated in the U-17 Women's National Team Camp in 2017, has already committed to play for the University of Notre Dame.
