2015 San Francisco Giants report card: Infielders edition

Injuries, inconsistencies, and bad luck can all be used to define the season for the 2015 San Francisco Giants. Through all the turmoil, the one consistency throughout the year was the stellar play of the infield.

While the pitching staff, outfielders, and bullpen all spent a lot of their time on the DL, infielders Buster Posey, Brandon Belt, Matt Duffy, and Brandon Crawford combined to miss an average of just 17.25 games all year. Of course, the outlier among the infield was Joe Panik who went on to miss 62 games due to various back injuries.
