SAN FRANCISCO – The 2017 University of San Francisco women's soccer team, led by sixth-year head coach , officially opened preseason training on Friday.
The day started with a 7 a.m. conditioning test followed by two separate practices on an overcast and sometimes drizzly day at Negoesco Stadium.
"It's great, you get everybody back together again," said Millinder on his team's first official practice of the 2017 season. "The kids are anxious and excited. They haven't played a game in nine months.
