The San Francisco 49ers picked up their second win of the season on Sunday, pulling off a 14-point comeback win over the Los Angeles Rams - who the Niners also beat in their season opener. The victory also snapped a 13-game losing streak for the 49ers. Here is every touchdown they scored in the win:
Colin Kaepernick hit Carlos Hyde for the 19-yard TD to give the 49ers the early lead.
With 5 minutes left in the game, Kaepernick kept the Niners alive with a 13-yard TD run.
Then, with 31 seconds left, Kaepernick hit Rod Streater with a 10 yard TD. San Francisco then went for two to win the game!
