San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Solomon Thomas missed most of the offseason workout program due to the Stanford quarter system. Thomas was able to attend the May rookie minicamp, and then the final day of the June mandatory minicamp, but otherwise had to remain away from the team’s facility.
During that time, Thomas met up with fellow Texan DeMarcus Ware to work on some moves (video). Following the close of the 49ers offseason workout program, Thomas has found another all-time great to work with. Hall of Famer Warren Sapp posted some video to Instagram on Tuesday showing him doing some work with Thomas.
