Michael Crabtree's recovery from a torn Achilles' tendon is speeding along.
Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee reported this morning that Crabtree had his stitches removed yesterday after his surgery two weeks ago.
If his recovery continues as expected, there is an excellent chance Crabtree will be able to play a good number of games towards the end of the season. The 49ers expect Crabtree to take an agressive rehabilitation approach to help recoup his range of motion.
