Arik Armstead and Jaquiski Tartt both have major upside with a little bit of development, and Eli Harold is an absolute steal in the third round for a defense tailored to his skill set. The back part of the draft is heavy on potential weapons for Colin Kaepernick, and at least a couple of the guys picked (Davis, Bell) could grow into major contributors down the road.
