AldoniSmith has been arrested for a DUI for the second time in his short NFL career. The 49ers DE was arrested by San Jose Police officers shortly after 7 AM this morning after crashing his car. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and no one was hurt.
Smith reportedly failed a breathalyzer test on the scene. His last DUI arrest came in January 2012.
