While Chargers training camp is still a few months away, the first week of organized team activities (OTA’s) kicked off earlier this week.
These were the first practices where the rookies hit the field with the veterans to begin the long process of finding the best 53-man roster that San Diego will put on the field at the end of August.
This week I joined the San Diego Sports Junkies to discuss some of the early observations that came out of this first week of Chargers’ practice. Also, we covered some of the new additions to the team as well as the value of some key veterans who need to make their mark at their positions.
