Second-year small forward Kyle Anderson remains a work in progress, with a secure role in what promises to be another talented – and crowded – Spurs rotation probably beyond his grasp.
He’s at least got the attitude part down, to the point Spurs coach Gregg Popovich might have gotten misty-eyed to hear Anderson share his overarching goal for the 2015-16 season after Saturday’s workout.
“I just want to be held accountable,” said Anderson, who averaged 2.2 points in 33 games as a rookie. “Whatever that means, however I can help the team, that’s what I want to do.
