KAWHI LEONARD AND LaMARCUS ALDRIDGE EARN ALL-NBA TEAM HONORS

SAN ANTONIO (May 26, 2016) – The NBA today announced that San Antonio Spurs forwards Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge have both been named to the league’s All-NBA Teams. Leonard was selected to the All-NBA First Team, while Aldridge was selected to the All-NBA Third Team.

Leonard and Aldridge’s All-NBA honors mark the 19th consecutive season the Spurs have had a player named to an All-NBA Team. A Spur has now been named to an All-NBA Team 42 times in team history, which includes 20 First Team selections, 11 Second Team selections and 11 Third Team selections.

This season marks the eighth time in Spurs franchise history that two teammates have been named to All-NBA Teams in the same year.
