There were some big cheers in the city of San Antonio a couple of days ago when Kawhi Leonard got his max contract and Danny Green received an offer to rejoin the team for four more years. However, it was a sad day to find out that 6’11 center Tiago Splitter was traded to the Atlanta Hawks. It’s tough to see someone who has been on the team since 2010 go and it’s like a family member not being there anymore.
Splitter has been through some ups and downs with many injuries throughout his season.
