MORAGA, Calif. — Senior Night shined light on the women of the evening for Saint Mary’s women’s basketball Thursday, as five Gaels appeared in their final regular season home game at McKeon Pavilion while helping lead SMC to an 84-57 West Coast Conference win over Pepperdine.
Saint Mary’s gave one final hurrah Thursday to Devon Brookshire, Devyn Galland, Shannon Mauldin, Alia McCoy and Samira McDonald in a pregame ceremony. The veterans had key contributions, with Brookshire and Galland both scoring 10 points, and McDonald tying a career high with seven.
