Bogdan Bogdanovic is set to become a very rich man. While reports out of Europe pegged his first contract at $30 million over 3 years, Ailene Voisin of the Sacramento Bee is reporting that Bogdanovic is actually set to earn $36 million over 3 years, which will be made official on July 6th after the Free Agency moratorium ends.
While this is a little higher than most of us expected, the Kings have a ton of cap space and given that it is a three year deal at the end of which Bogdanovic will be a restricted free agent, there isn’t a whole lot of risk involved.
