Kings Make Dream Come True for Autistic High School Hooper

On Friday, April 3rd, Jocyleen Ditico joined the Sacramento Kings as an honorary ball girl for the team’s home game against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Ditico, who suffers from Autism Spectrum Disorder, had the story told by Inclusion Films and was recently featured on Huffington Post.

“Through the support of her guardians and the watchful eye of the high school basketball coach, Jocyleen began to overcome her disorder and joined the basketball team,” noted the “HooplaHa Blog” on Huffington Post.

“Her joy of playing basketball is what drew her to me from the very beginning,” said coach Ralph Lewis.
