Lamar Odom’s struggles with substance abuse, addiction and the trappings of fame have been well publicized, especially since everything came to a head two years ago after the former NBA star ended up hospitalized in a coma. The events that precipitated his near-death experience turned out to be a fateful trip to a Nevada brothel, the Love Ranch, where Odom was reported unconscious after an undetermined time spent at the establishment.
Toxicology reports showed that he had cocaine in his system, along with alcohol and a dangerous herbal supplement intended to enhance sexual performance.
