Heads up, guys ... yet another Jonas brother is proving he could kick the hell out of you ... 'cause TMZ Sports has video of Joe Jonas getting some hardcore MMA training with a legend in the sport.
Joe posted a video of him training with Cung Le (the aforementioned legend) at Jay Glazer's Unbreakable gym in Hollywood and we gotta say ... the JoBro looks kinda legit.
You might remember his little brother, Nick, got DEEP into the fighting world for his role in the TV show "Kingdom" .
