I couldn't have made this up if I tried. I don't think anyone could have. This is, quite simply, the most Chad Johnson story in the history of Chad Johnson/OchoCinco stories. Here's apparently what happened: Johnson was at a hearing for a probation violation and was on the verge of striking a deal. Then the judge asked if Johnson was happy with his attorney, to which Johnson replied by playfully slapping his male lawyer's ass. You know, the kind of thing that happen all the time in locker rooms. Well apparently that didn't sit too well with the judge, who flipped. Deal's off, and it's 30 days in prison for Chad.
