Early in the 2nd half of today’s game against Michigan State, Vincent Edwards scored his 1,000th point of his Purdue Career.
The combo forward has been great the 2nd half of this season after riding the pine early on in the Non-Conference and B1G season. CMP lit a fire under him and has been a vital to our success, being tied for first in the conference.
Vincent is now 50th in Purdue history, with the rest of this season and presumably his Senior year, he can only climb from here. For us to make a deep tourney run, Edwards will need to continue his hot streak.
