Gabriel is not yet eligible to play for Pep Guardiola's side, instead chanting 'Come on City' from the warmth of his sofa in the North West.
The 19-year-old may not have been smiling at the full-time whistle though, as City fell to a 4-0 drubbing and stayed fifth in the Premier League table.
