The 2016-17 NBA season unofficially started Monday for the Trail Blazers, who hosted their annual media day event at the Moda Center.
For more than three hours, players, coaches and key front office personnel strolled to the dais one after the other to answer questions about expectations, dramatic pay raises, contract extensions, injuries, summer improvement, individual goals and much, much more.
It's impossible to summarize everything they said.

Although it may seem like everyone on the Blazers' roster earned a mammoth pay raise over the summer, one notable player did not.
