Sports Illustrated Grades Trail Blazers' Offseason

With all the pieces in place and training camp right around the corner, Sports Illustrated has spent this week handing out offseason grades for each NBA team by division. To recap the summer, the Blazers signed free agents Evan Turner and Festus Ezeli, retained restricted free agents Allen Crabbe, Meyers Leonard and Maurice Harkless, traded cash considerations to Orlando for Shabazz Napier, drafted Jake Layman in the second round and signed CJ McCollum to a contract extension to keep him in Portland at least until 2020 during this offseason.
