Portland Trail Blazers president of basketball operations Neil Olshey met with the media on Tuesday and took questions regarding the 2016-17 season and what's on the agenda for 2017-18.
"It's interesting; I think this is the first summer where we haven't had cap room since I've been here," Olshey told The Oregonian. "A couple times it was strategic. Either we had it and a couple times it was based on the departures of guys that we had looked to re-sign initially.
"I think a lot of the growth of the roster is going to come internally.
