U-20 World Cup Notebook | Jeremy Ebobisse checks in from South Korea as U.S. beats Senegal

The U.S. U-20 national team jumped to the top of Group F after defeating Senegal 1-0 in their second group stage match at the 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup in South Korea.

U.S. forward Josh Sargent scored his third goal in two games in the tournament when he broke through in the 34th minute. Timbers striker Jeremy Ebobisse made his U-20 World Cup debut coming on for Sargent in the stoppage time to help close out the win.

We’ve asked Ebobisse to submit updates from South Korea about his experience at the global tournament.
