PORTLAND, Ore. --- The Portland Pilots baseball team has received commitments from four recruits as Khalid Johnson (OF, Richmond, Calif./De La Salle HS), Jace McKinney (UTL, Vancouver, Wash./Columbia River HS/Mt. Hood CC), Collin Runge (INF, Redmond, Ore./Ridgeview HS/Chemeketa CC) and Travis Turney (OF, Fresno, Calif./Clovis West HS) will join the program in the fall, announced head coach Geoff Loomis. Johnson and Turney are incoming freshmen, while McKinney and Runge are transfers with two years of eligibility remaining.
Khalid Johnson starred at De La Salle, where he helped the Spartans win the North Coast Section Championship in 2016 and 2017.
