The Penguins have signed defenseman Brian Dumoulin to a six-year contract extension with an average annual value of $4.1 million per season, the team announced Monday morning.
The extension begins in 2017-18 and runs through the 2022-23 season.
Dumoulin was scheduled to have an arbitration hearing Monday morning.
