The Pitt football team named its captains for the 2016 season. Players named as captains were junior running back James Conner, senior offensive tackle Adam Bisnowaty, and senior defensive end Ejuan Price.
The captains were just announced by the team via head coach Pat Narduzzi on Friday. The team officially begins its first game week next week in preparation of the opener on Saturday at home against Villanova.
None of the three is really a surprise and all are key players on their particular side of the ball. Conner is an ideal captain after everything he's been through and everything he means to the team.
