It wasn't long after kickoff this past Saturday before Pittsburgh head coach Pat Narduzzi realized Ejuan Price was going to have a big day.
"Early in that first quarter I was like, ‘They can’t block Ejuan’" a wide-eyed Narduzzi said after the Panthers' 45-30 win over Louisville. "I mean, he was just staying low, coming around the corner with the speed rush. He’s fast. He’s feeling it."
Price knew it, too. Knew that he was assembling a masterpiece one sack and tackle at a time. By the time Pitt sealed its eighth win of the season, Price had recorded a team-record five sacks and a personal season-high 10 tackles in the win over the Cardinals.
