The NBA on Tuesday released the official early entry list for the June 22 draft. It’s 182 strong – 137 college players, 45 international players.
Of course, only 60 will get drafted. (At this point, the Suns are guaranteed a top 5 pick. They also will have two second-round selections.)
Important to note: Many players do this just for feedback. Provided they do not sign with an agent, they can go through the evaluation process and maintain their college eligibility as long as they withdraw by the NCAA's deadline of May 24. Some, like North Carolina point guard Joel Berry II, already have announced their intentions to return to school.
