Scouting Report:
If Ulis wasn’t so tiny, he’d be a sure-fire lottery pick. But generously listed at 5-foot-10 and checking in at only 150 pounds, there are serious concerns about his ability to handle the rigours of the NBA. He’s a great leader and was highly productive at UK. He’s not the fastest guard despite his lack of size, but NBA teams will hope he’ll be the Isaiah Thomas-like exception for undersized point guards.
