All Dawn Braid wanted was an opportunity to do what she loved – teach skating – at the highest level possible. While she may not have broken through the glass ceiling, she certainly cracked the Plexiglas.
Braid was hired by the Coyotes Wednesday as a skating coach and is believed to the first full-time coach in NHL history.
