Following a heartbreaking 3-1 loss to Toronto FC on Wednesday, Jim Curtin and the team addressed the media for the final time after a game, sharing their thoughts on the knockout round match as well as the season as a whole.
Curtin opened up his press conference with first congratulating Toronto on their victory, then went on to address the Union’s 2016 run coming to an end.
“Listen, only one team season ends the right way good and with a smile. So our season ends now, it’s difficult. I won’t reflect on all the positives that came from it.
