Former Philadelphia Eagles DE Connor Barwin signs with Rams

After being released by the Philadelphia Eagles last week, defensive end Connor Barwin will now be playing football on the west coast.

The Los Angeles Rams announced via Twitter Thursday that they have agreed to terms with the 30-year-old pass rusher.

Barwin had a nice run with the Eagles after signing with the team in 2013. In four years in Philadelphia, he registered 211 combined tackles, 31.5 sacks and forced five fumbles. He also recorded 24 pass deflections and an interception.

It was a no-brainer for the Eagles to release Barwin.
