Tuesday afternoon’s signing of linebacker Stephen Tulloch etched another former Jim Schwartz’s disciple into the Eagles’ havoc-spurring defense. The Eagles sought after depth at the linebacker position as an ACL tear to Joe Walker thinned the position group.
